hi, i'm jeremy.

My last name is pronounced "toe-sea". If you ask a real Italian, they will scoff and tell you that it's actually "toe-chay".

I am a generalist caught in a specialist's world. I started down the path of software at the age of 11 by scripting Neopets accounts (before the church of Scientology took over). I've started and helped start a few companies, have run teams building some pretty cool products, and am always tinkering on something.

My interests send me down deep rabbit holes, and I believe that chasing curiosity is a higher art form. Sometimes I write about these pursuits. I've stopped needing to be good at everything I enjoy. Some things I am mediocre at but enjoy diving deep into lately are piano, music production, Finnish sauna design, improv, and being a weekend warrior survivalist.

Building creative experiences is where I feel most alive. The medium doesn't matter.

Right now I'm splitting my time between the mountains and the city. I am spending my time thinking about what the next decade looks like, and what I will build to play my role in it.
